Other kinds of Vitamin B are B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12. There are other different forms of Vitamin B, but they are not useful to the human body.
- Vitamin A has just one form and can be found in liver oil, beef, and carrot. It promotes healthy teeth and eyesight.
- Vitamin C is perhaps the most popular vitamin to the general audience. Natural sources of vitamin C include kale, kiwi, and most if not all fruits.
- Vitamin D or the ‘sunshine vitamin’, as it is scientifically known, helps to prevent fractures. It can be found in cereal and eggs. Contrary to popular belief, it cannot be absorbed by the body from exposure to sunlight.
- Vitamin E can be found in wheat and hazelnuts, while Vitamin K is a major part of mustard green and spinach.
