Therefore, try to have more fruits and vegetables in the house. The reality is that people eat what is present. If you lay out a bunch of fried snacks, people are going to eat those. Therefore, try to put out healthy fruits and vegetables instead. This is a great way to make your eating habits just a little bit healthier.
