Why Fastfood are Unhealthy - Clueless Dieting

Fast Foods And Oily Foods Are A Tasty But Slow Poison!

Fast food is predatorily marketed to us. Since we’re young, fast food chains make us consumers for life. The problem is when we eat more and frequently, even the lifespan could be a lot shorter. A lot of research showed a higher prevalence of obesity and diabetes in people who eat fast food over time. In general, fast food is processed high-carbohydrate food which also has added sugar, unhealthy fats, and sodium. They have high-calorie content and very little to no nutrition. Eating it in the long term can lead to all sorts of bad health outcomes.

In addition to this, even frequent soda consumption can lead to poor oral health. If a person drinks large amounts of soda, it can cause tooth decay and cavities. It is because of the acidic content in soda. So, you see, it’s not always breezing! Remember it next time you get an urge to drink a soda. Having said that, the agenda of this blog is something else. We are here to shed light on one of the less talked about topics, how is diet bad!

Healthy Eating Lead To Fitness, Fad Diets Don’t!

Fad diets if done properly cause fast weight loss. Why is it bad then? They are crash diets that cause a caloric deficit in the body. They are usually unhealthy and nutritionally incomplete, hence, are improper for weight loss. When you go on a diet to achieve your health goals, make sure your wallet doesn’t thin out as well. But also, know that a healthy diet won’t starve your wallet, but a fad diet likely will. See, fad diets are popular because they are heavily marketed to the masses through social media, TV, and the internet. Another reason for its popularity is quick weight loss.

As much it’s true, so are the drawbacks. It can lead to eating disorders because it involves cutting out important food groups in meals. The same may help give you quick weight loss but it doesn’t last long. Simply because you can’t naturally cover for nutrients you are deprived of. Your body will send you cravings and they are hell! I am sure you know what I am talking about. When you have to have donuts, nothing can stop you. Sugar cravings are worst, but hunger cravings are bad! You”ll be sleep deprived or finally give in to cravings. You don’t just eat more bad food, we spend more on them, too. Fad diets can cost a lot to maintain but long-term results like eating disorders, illnesses, and complications can cost in medical expenses too.

Don’t Fall For Diet Myths! Ask A Fitness Trainer

Diet, food delivery service, and eating out are areas where you come in contact with food that’s not really needed. You hardly order just a salad or drink fresh juice at a cafe! If you do, go for diet delivery or eat at a vegetarian restaurant for a change. You have to understand one simple fact, fitness is not just weight loss and it comes with healthy eating. Moreover, it’s a way of living that does not say at all that you have to starve or eat anything that you don’t want to. Healthy eating necessarily is your habit, say drinking your morning coffee or going to bed at 10 pm every night. You have to set yourself in a way that you choose fruit for a snack and a bunch of freshly cooked vegetables as dinner, exercise regularly and follow an active lifestyle.

Create A New Habit To Change Your Life

By switching to healthy food choices, you will experience a higher level of mental focus, energy to do all that you ever want to do, and amazing sleep. And, that’s just a beginning. You will have all the energy needed to accomplish many other things for the rest of the day! “If price spikes don’t change eating habits, perhaps the combination of deforestation, pollution, climate change, starvation, heart disease,e and animal cruelty will gradually encourage the simple daily act of eating more plants and fewer animals. ” Mark Bittman. But, uhh wait! I don’t see that happening anytime soon, even pandemic slowed us down but things changed quickly after that. You have to decide how fit you want to be. If you are confused, you can chat or do a video call to a fitness trainer to ask how you should begin your fitness journey.

Eat Whole Foods, Live Long and Stay Fit

So once you start eating healthy, you’ll help your muscles to recover faster. You don’t have to eat unprocessed food, find a way of eating that can be sustained for the rest of your life.
