7 Common Foods That Strengthen Teeth Enamel

Regular consumption of dairy items like milk, cheese, yoghurt and kefir can also help in saliva production to keep your mouth dry and minimize risk of bad breath. 2. Celery

Any food item rich in fiber is good for your dental health. So, be it apples, carrots or celery, you can benefit from their fibrous content and maintain healthy teeth in many ways.
