If you find it hard to put in a lot of effort in removing your makeup, here is a tip! Just keep a pack of makeup removal wipes on a table nearest to your bed. This way you will never sleep with your makeup on.

Drink Detox Water

Develop a habit of drinking detox water daily rather than taking plain water. It will help flush the toxins out of your body which in turn will positively impact your skin. You can also start your day with just a glass of lemonade. It hardly takes 5 minutes to make a detox drink. You can check out different recipes over the internet and try them out.
