10 Foods to Eat for Glowing Skin and Healthy Hair

The beauty and health of your hair and skin depend on various factors. You need to do some effort in this regard. What you eat appears on your skin and hair. Once again, our mothers get right that you need to eat specifically for the look you want. So, if you have a desire to get beautiful & healthy hair and glowing skin then you need to intake specific diet. Following is a list of foods that play their essential role in providing you the desired hair & skin.

Spinach

Spinach is one of the most recommended foods as it is rich in iron. If you have iron deficiency, this food helps you to cover it. However, it doesn’t just provide your strength but also plays its role as an anti-aging agent. Spinach contains vitamin A that serves appropriate moisture to the epidermis and removes dead skin. You may add an ingredient with spinach that enriches in vitamin C to boost its benefits.

Eggs

Eggs serve their role as healthy hair providers. They contain sulfur and vitamin B. You can use them even directly on your scalp or in the form of food. When it comes to food, you may intake them in the form of the slice, half boil, or full boil, or in any other form that you like. In addition to it, sulfur is required to provide you glowing skin, strong nails, and shiny locks, as it is responsible for producing keratin & collagen.

Tomatoes

Oats
